To access all of the materials we have invested hundreds of hours in compiling for you, you first need to complete, sign, and return the Licensing Agreement you received in the email with your course manual. Once we have received the signed and completed License, you need to go find the Pivotal ASA™ Licensees page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1952326541452027/) and request to join it. We will not grant access until you have returned the completed and signed License Agreement, available HERE.
In that Facebook group, in the pinned post, you will find download links for the Onboarding Package, as well as links to a few videos that explain some of the documents.
The documents that are editable by you are editable to the degree that you can insert a banner across the bottom of the page. If you do not know how to do that, there is a link to a video that explains it in the pinned post as well.
We are unable to provide help with this.
You should also go to the Students and Licensees menu, log in using the user name and password you use to renew and then click on Edit Your Profile. As we get ready to launch the publicly-searchable database, we need all of that information. Under Areas Served, use specific neighbourhoods rather than just cities – list it how people search it.
If you did not receive an invoice for your payment, whilst on the web site, click on Videos for REALTORS and scroll down to the video ‘Retrieve Your Invoice’. We cannot retrieve it for you.
